Hey Mick!! Yes sir the trend gives us some cheapies!! I like this next dip IMO anything under a buck sixty. Ours boys here are plugging leaks on there distressed side and are not seeking a titanic situation to bail. Getting rid of properties in a strategic format is the game plan cash flowing the ones that are in play is the upside. IMO if they were going to File BR they would not do all the work over the last 24 months to stay float
is my play.
