True, but IMHO the difference is entirely inconsequential. Repeating that comment clearly shows that they know nothing whatsoever about the company other than the chart.
If they just openly ignored everything else, they would be at least being honest about it. But if you repeat such a comment from such a dubious source without any attempt at checking it out when you are presenting yourself as doing an analysis of a company puts you on the level of pure garbage. If you're going to ignore everything but the chart then do that. But to ignore everything else EXCEPT for such comments from such sources without any checking at all is pure idiocy. Which leads to exactly the kind of result they got: taking a ragingly inaccurate statement as the ONLY information other than the chart they have on the company.
