Well I think he assumed that I knew her number, but I don't. I tried to give him my number to give to her so she could call me, but he didn't want to do that while he was driving.
I'm still highly optimistic they'll get the ball rolling soon. Maybe for right now they just don't want to spill any beans, since we must be very close.
