Unfortunately the SEC has taken a stance that is very wrong, but we are unable to convince them differently. The action they have initiated is destined to potentially force eventual closure of CTCC. Unless they reverse their current stand, it is difficult to deal with their Draconian penalties in a professional manner. We have little hope of being able to do anything with the entity and I have resigned from all positions with the company. I wish you the best and hope things work out for you. Please follow STEP and keep in touch, we are contemplating how best to assist old CTCC supporters in investing in STEP, while meeting all of the SEC regulations
So, am I to believe Don is going to now help me invest more money in STEP??
