ICPA is set up for a break out like AAP*,traded like ICPA for a while then booom to almost 0.08.

I would venture a guess that the price will hit $0.125 perhaps within 10 trading days. That's just an educated guess and a gut feeling. Could go lower or find support a little higher but, there is no buy signal on any of my ICPA charts at the moment.

Now its obvious again I have the right call on that May 30th bottom @$0.023 and thus the buy signal. My buy signal calls are impeccable so far; as to the other guy's call, well you know how it goes.....
