People don't believe that the buy out will happen. I stumbled across this stock by luck. I usually buy over sold stocks that drops big time simply because of one bad news. It recovers later in the day or the next day and I make a nice change.
This one made me almost double up; I was expecting a 10 - 20% return but caught the second buy out news by luck.
Anyway, the $3.05 offer fell apart and so could this one. They are also being investigated for fraud. why would you deny a $3 offer and then accept an offer less than that?
