#2011 RE: rodman #2010

I assume deliveries were just to prospects.

Forgive me for misunderstanding what you said. I know the pellets were suppose to start being made in May, but not delivery to the marketplace. So when you said this........

Jan advised yesterday we manufacturing and delivering pellets but was tight lipped about to whom

well........

VGE has been supplying pellets for some time now to potential customers, and they have never identified them. They probably want to keep it quiet so that when the potential customers realize they have a sub license with NO TERMS, they won't spill the beans in case someone calls and asked why they didn't sign a contract.

RVINE, Calif. -July 27, 2011-VIASPACE Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VSPC - News), a clean energy company growing Giant KingTM Grass as a low-carbon, renewable biomass crop and its subsidiary VIASPACE Green Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VGREF), reported today that a potential customer in Europe has conducted extensive laboratory tests on Giant King Grass pellets. The customer was not identified. The energy content of Giant King Grass pellets was found to be 18.6 MJ per kilogram on a dry basis. This is equivalent to 8000 BTU per pound or 4450 kcal per kilogram in alternative units. Many other properties were measured. The pellets themselves had a lower heating value (LHV) of 15.7 megajoules per kilogram at the 8% moisture level of the pellets. The test data confirmed earlier results by other customers and laboratories.

Producing and selling pellets is all they can do with the sub license they hold. Of course Jan will just say, "you worry too much" if you try and ask him about the sub license specifically.

Calling Jan is about as useless as anything I know, and your post proves it. He can't reveal NON PUBLIC info. The manufacturing was suppose to start this month, and that was known, as was providing samples. Asking him about the risks factors is something else altogether.
