Keven, what due dilligence do you really know when it comes to SFIO?
They make e-cigs and have a European patent on a vaporless inhalation device. They used to sell these devices and no longer do because they are out of funds. When they did sell the devices, the last order number i heard was less than a 1000. So you have a company here that in their peak sold less than a thousand units of their patented device and now no longer sell. they are out of money, can no longer raise funds via stock sale, have no real advertising, and are operating in a fiercely competitive market. Start adding up the pros and cons here, smokefree really doesn't have any tactical advantage in this market. they are a small player that have relatively no demand outside of people on this board (which is not that many FYI).
