Until Phase 4 is complete, nobody can say what size it will be. Water is plentiful in the area during 9 out of 12 months. Quoting from WSRA about the GoldStar...

"There is plenty of water already on the property, including a commercial well. If we need more, which is unlikely, we would just drill an additional well."

Water will not be an issue. Period.
