oh my,,, I wasn't even watching MEIC yesterday!!
But, now that i've read the p/r the only thing I don't like is the r/s 1 for 500 hmmmmmmmm
could be good but could be bad as they seem to want to buy the other other company after the name change and r/s! so does this mean more dilution after?
I'll really have to read it again and again etc etc.

It's this part that has me more than a little nervous!
Media International also announced that it has acquired, for all common stock, MicroArt, Inc., after a one-for-five hundred split in Media International common stock.

[1]The "good" could be the divys, If you look at their financials you'll see the Opportunity Productions seems to have been the only money maker.

[2] RockWindow,, still has a shot at being picked up by XM or Siri,, that would be excellent.

[3] The other two i'm not to sure about as of yet.

The bad! 1 for 500 r/s will probably drop down once they start aquiring Micro Art as a REGDEX unless of course they apply for OTC status then it would be an S-8 but that wasn't mentioned.

In conclution, this could take quite awhile to straiten out completly.
