Zeev, from what I understand IFX had until 5 pm today to file an appeal. No word out yet if IFX has done so. Some on the Motley Fool Thread believe IFX may be in settlement talks with Rambus. Any lawyers here that would be able to confirm/deny the time period IFX has to appeal?

OT - Zeev, Bloomberg TV just reported that NASA received a warning respecting the effect of heat on tires 2 days before launch. No details. Interesting since you suspected tires from the outset as I recall.

Will we close over 1300 again or just an intraday pierce?
