You can not justify Bush's strategy by Clinton's. Bush is no diplomat. Clinton was quite good with the ladies. Neither were great leaders in the global arena. By brow beating and absolutes, Bush has put us all in harms way. The strategy and policies of this administration are dangerous, imo.
