I make these accusations because I have been around this stock through thick and thin and have the common sense to come to the realization when enough is enough and accept defeat. SFIO will do nothing positive until the DTC lock is removed. They are a penny stock which means they need the funding of selling shares to survive. The deal with Denverson sounds nice, but why would Roth come out with a PR now?
Where was he when the PR was needed that warned people about the DTC lock?
Bottom line, I don't trust your email excerpt one bit. If a PR comes out tomorrow and the stock starts to rock, I will be the 1st to apologize. Until then, GOOD LUCK.
