I think the lack of posting is due to the lack of any good news and the stock being stuck in a narrow trading range, that to me smells of big $ MM manipulation program trading. Do not understand how the manipulation is legal or how they skirt not being considered a material owner of the stock by the number of shares they own and trade. Remember in the good old days of last March when the pps went from .006 to close at .0358 near the end of March? Our management team then came out with that wonderful compensation plan that would pay 11% of each million in gross revenue growth plus hundreds of thousands of shares also in compensation. The stock quickly tumbled and we have been stuck in this manipulation range for six weeks or so. The management team was quick to retract the compensation plan and they laid ground work for coming up with a new plan in the months ahead.
I still cannot believe they had the gumption to float the plan out there in the first place. What were they smoking??? In light of the advertising credits and net revenue debacle can everyone see what that plan would have done. It makes me still wonder what the ulterior motives are of the team. How could they even dream up such B S, did they even have a clue of the importance of a proper product pricing, cost controls and a decent gross margin. Could they fathom the effect the compensation plan would have on margins??? I guess not, can they now, its anyone's guess.
In my opinion not much will happen with the pps until the board members are announced, hopefully not any more marketing types and the new compensation plan is formulized. I just get the notion the management team is in over their heads with the late filings, plans etc. Any junior executive could have done better.I wait for the new exciting press releases they hinted, not another athlete promoter, but anything containing some sound business sense would be good.In my opinion without the management missteps this stock would be in the six cent range.I remain long, but disillusioned and getting a little impaient. JMHO
