LOOK THIS:I sent an email last week to the VP of Finance, Bill Krolicki, regarding the recent events of SGOCO Group. This is the response I received.
"Thank you for your email. As you have likely seen, SGOCO issued a press release on Monday morning addressing the need to delay the filing of its 2011 financial results due to the resignation of its auditor. The company and its board audit committee have been meeting with other independent auditing firms and will make an announcement as soon as a new auditor is found. Please note that SGOCO remains fully operational and continues to execute on all of its current business initiatives. We look forward to updating you on our financial reporting and operational progress. Thank you for your patience during this time."
