Are you claiming that they shouldnt test further in high GPNMB patients in this setting or at all?
This bears on the question of whether the patients picked up resistance to the CLDX chemo agent during previous treatment - and I am not knowledgeable enough on that topic. Were I CLDX I'd run some pre-clinicals to determine if nsclc developed resistance to their chemo agent in the normal course of patients becoming refractory to standard regimens.
