But they rose 3% yesterday on flat POG. For yesterday and today COMBINED we have an essentially flat HUI on a $10 drop in POG. The best gold stock action relative to POG I have seen in a LONG time.

I suspect the gold stocks still have a little more downside, but we are not far away from a powerful rally IMHO.

And remember I am the one who commented on the TERRIBLE gold stock action only a dew days ago.

If you look at the gold stocks over the past two days relative to what gold itself has done, they are showing relative strength. With all that is going on in the world it is hard for me to justify the selloff and continue to think it is a head fake that could resolve quickly to the upside.

Added substantially to GG @11.40 on the close.

May be a mistake, but it sure looks cheap here.
