And in the same vein, it's who updates their DD as time goes on, and makes those decisions.
In any case, what we really are talking about is the failure of certain to take personal accountability for their own personal actions.
I'll point out, that it's becoming even more prevalent in the younger generation that want to blame everything and everybody else except themselves for what happens to them.
But, the lack of personal accountability -- the failure to "buck up, I did it, and I accept what I did" -- infests people of all ages.
Here, not only do we have the lack of personal accountability, "buck up" -- we also have the approach by same -- to whine repetitively about how "somebody else" must be at fault, and to keep doing it until the person shows up.
Well, sad to say, the person shows up every morning while they are brushing their teeth. They only need to look up from the sink and stare straight ahead.
