I agree that debating the past does nothing to change where we are now. I am more interested sharing due diligence on how WMIH will move forward and realize value for shareholders through the monetizing the tax assets. Your post on the Ordinary Loss is spot on.

no she did not, The judge made a statement that through everything, shareholders could not collect on the money owed that even though wrong can be proved it would not pay for shareholders not knowing that claims made against FDIC and JPM could be collected.

The debtors knew that claims could be made valid and JPM would be left holding the bag......She could not rule against the SNH but yet called the IT colorful...

This so called corrupt Judge was way in over her head and did not realize the problem she created not was she at the forefront of the biggest bank failure but the one who put in the last nail........This judge was along B rosen made the biggest deal in the world by taking money from JPM...If it ever comes out, but knowing how Justice is blind we will never see it.......

Things have a way of coming around....Jd is getting his with the 2+billion lose in trading it is only a matter of time for the Judge and B rosen to get theirs......
