the form 15 filing is there for a reason. It gives fully reporting companies the option of asking the SEC to relieve them of the reporting requirements because of the cost or they simply no longer wish to be a fully reporting company

its not there for broke pennies to try and beat the system ..

if NMGL wants to use the form 15 and get it approved. They must get current and then file the form 15

If it were this easy .. no stock would ever get revoked .. all they would need do is stop filing and file a from 15 ..

too bad that's not the way it works

I ask you, why did FFGO not file a form 15, if it was that easy ..

pages and pages of revoked stocks because they stopped filing
