that could change very quickly, obviously the sec gave an extension or something because 9 days after the meeting, pele is still on the greys and not delisted....guess we'll find out when the meeting report comes out...

btw, i don't think TJay would tweet this if he didn't think it was going to happen....more funding is coming, more events are coming and we are going to trade again imo...

Ninertango you are right to some existent but I don't think we are that for away from trading but when is the question, let me refresh your DD some and it is all in the DD sticky post that at this point and time feels like a wast of time given how long it is taking and as soon as this case is done we will trade again as the 10Q states with the 1/25 RS (maybe) and the 44 million in a tax wright off IMO

now this other compeny is turning out to be a bigger headache than they thought or let on but this has been going on from 2010 and I don't think they thought it would drag out this long but every set back for Proelite has fallen on the heals of a ruling on this case and the time line fits like a tee. Now are next Rumored fight is in July (maybe)they seem to have a hearing every 30 to 60 day with this case and the same law judge just had a hearing with proelite on the 17 so maybe they could separate themselves from the case ? and we can get the show on the road soon..

It appears your company has not reported to the SEC since 2010. It also appears the OTC Markets has issued a 'stop' sign on your stock. How are you going to address these issues moving forward. "Yes, that's correct. It's not the stock that had issues in trading. The DTC, which is the electronic side of trading had an issue. We're addressing those as we speak. We believe those will be lifted, they're unrelated to anything that has to do with ProElite. They have to do with another company which, unfortunately, ProElite was associated with from a macro level and it should never have an interruption on electronic trading. The company (PELE) is still trading. Because we're reporting to the FTC, we are currently getting what they call the quarterlies and the annual recordings up to speed and we believe that will be done shortly. We'll be fully reporting and fully trading in about three to six months."

now I could go in to even more depth but I'm simply just burned out with this stock the Sec ,feds and management But I think you can draw a bigger picture from this DD and figure out why we are were we are and where it can go so hang in there
