Catz, it really doesn't matter. It's over, and we lost. The fact that the stock was allowed to trade on the Pinks was the worst case scenario. Months will go by with nothing from the BOD, and it will drop under 10 cents, effectively wiping all shareholders out.
It would have been better if they just canceled and delisted it rather than the water torture of a slow drip death spiral.
you are so right it is way better this way .. at least we can watch our investment go to nothing,,or excuse me it is nothing now,, but at least you are happy.and what choice did we have ? if we voted against it or not vote the take all the stock we had . ya that is a great choice! vote yes or lose everything.. well i guess you right we lost anyway so it did not matter.. but we had no choice,,, that is no choice sorry to say imo
