In a way you are right, it won't TRADE down to 0.0001. But they can change the conversion price anytime they want. That is what he was talking about.

He is saying that when they change the conversion price for the debt, it will be to 0.0001. He may be right. But I don't think they can risk moving it that low.

They may know when the regulators are going to lift their ban on reverse splits. When FINRA stopped them from doing the last reverse split, they may have given them a date when the ban will be lifted. So if they did, they may know when they can reverse again, and they will reset everything at once.

Of course, if they know when that date is and have not made it public, they could also be looking at more regulatory action or a shareholder action for withholding information.
