Yes, I have seen the provision in the contract and when I addressed it with my lawyer he said that was typical for a contract like that. They will have to attempt to mine for there to be insufficient gold mined. What I took from your statement was that BONZ would make no attempt at all and are collecting investors funds for an operation that they have no intention of starting at all (which would be illegal and easily proved fraud).
