i'm not understanding your question. active status? here's what happens. after the suspension is over, trading will resume on the grey market. no mm's, no bid and no ask. matched market only. if wfyw doesn't become current with their filings, the sec will then sue to have it's registration revoked. lately the sec has been moving quickly in that area and revocation has been occuring within 1 to 2 weeks. once revocation occurs, the stock symbol and the shares of stock become invalid. it's not good news for shareholders.

INVOLVING REGAINING STAUS,,,,another one i am involved with was suspended due to action by sec against the t/a ,,, took them 6 months and lots of hassle and paperwork and money for fees to regain filing status

not nuked yet ,,but someone needs to do something soon or get crapped on by sec ,,
shareholders always suffer whenever any action against co.'s
