You will have no choice but to accept the deal the BOD "and shareholders have agreed to"

You left out the most important fact & that is WE R THE SHAREHOLDERS!


A vote will occur but selling WMIH before 3/20/2014 will require the BK court approval as we will still be under the thumb of the BK court till then.

fsshon, I hope you are doing well and this is a very good post that I agree with. It may not work exactly like this, but it WILL WORK like this in principle. It is very hard to continue to have patience after being here since mid September of 2008 but I will stay the course.

I will be here when this "life changer" hits because there is no doubt in my mind the people we are in the boat with now will monetize this to the maximum value possible!

Can the 26B be carried forward forever, until it would all be depleted or would the loss be for a set period of time? current year, 3 years etc. TIA
