But without the company updating shareholders in some way, we couldn't state it with certainty.

It's interesting it takes a chat with an anonymous individual to find out something that should have been in an 8-K.

Scooter: That may yet be open to some question. Unless he has resigned or been fired, it would appear he may still be listed as an officer. It would certainly help clarify things if there was some concrete information released as to the current officers and management of the company.

But waiting for information out of UTRM is like waiting at the auto dealership for the new personal spacecraft to come in.
