I don't see that happening. They raised not too long ago. And, I think, they have a good shot at a lucrative partnership before the end of the year. (I'm not sure if a prospective partner really needs to see the final data, probably out by the end of the year.)

Dr. Davis, CMO, said that CLDX would take the drug into Phase III, with or without a partner. LOLOL. I think he's just blowing smoke.

I would be surprised if CLDX did an offering, here, considering where they did one only a couple of months ago.

They would look like idiots to have two financings, one right after the other, with $100 million in cash right now.

But, then again...this is small cap bio...where most CEOs are idiots.
