Ok just checking, you said they "retired" shares and I thought I may have missed something! One other posibility is they just go out of business if they didn't get financing to continue. That is a very small possibility considering they should have a recurring residual income from their affiliates and current search advertises they manage. Even if they stopped all media buys for their own affiliate advertising for companies like Commmision Junction which they are first tier with, they should continue on in business!
Getting rid of the BOD would save them a ton of money!
