I called NASD, the 205 number posted here earlier and spoke to Marvin. He said if we file a complaint at complaint.nasd.com only a few people are there to work on everything so we don't have to addess them to anyone special. He said they can not order restitution, only a fine or discimplinary action on the cessation of the trading but they are very interested in it. He felt our best bet in regard to restitution or monetary relief is through arbitration which must be individual actions or Class Action. He did think that the SEC and FBI would have an interest in the criminal activity related to the forged shares, the attempt to takeover the company, but that they probably wouldn't deal with restitution, either. He wasn't speaking definitively; it was just his opinion, but this is basically all he said.
