Not to let the wind out of your sails Generic but I too see mostly buying from insiders.

That's not a purchase
, it's a grant....he was GIVEN options. And he couldn't possibly have exercised them already given that they only begin to vest (become available for exercise) a year from now.

"1. The reported transaction involves a grant, pursuant to the Employment Agreement by and between the Company and the Reporting Person, dated May 15, 2012, to the Reporting Person of options to purchase 500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, $.001 par value per share, at an exercise price of $1.50 per share, which options shall vest beginning on May 15, 2013 in annual installments of 100,000 options over a five year period."
