WMIH is and will remain under the watch of the BK court until 3/20/2014. Nothing major can occur without the courts permission.
Don't over look the possibility that the BOD could be removed by a shareholder revolt come I believe June 2013, not certain the actual share holder meeting time frame.
But if things do not pick up expect it to get ugly and the BOD will feel the will of the 200 million votes.
As the BOD can not release any of the 300 million shares until after the 2 year time frame a share holder meeting could upset the apple cart if things still are not either reported to the share holders or actions have not taken place.
If and this is a BIG IF: If the LTI disburses $$$ to old WAMU Equity holders which gave releases then IMHO the natives will not be restless. Unless the amount is a mear pittance, anything from $0.50 up to common share holders will most likely appease their wallets and more time will be given, of course perferreds will get $$$ per old WAMPQ and $$$/40 for WAMKQ shares.
