Let's not forget some of your past statements:

To assume that the stock will drop back to 0.004ish (where it was when dilution was still happening with one third of current sales) is silly at best.

Also, let's not forget the point here is that you suggested that BRAV will drop to the 0.004ish range, and, yes, I still think that's silly.

I guess the big difference is that it took 6 months before you could feel confident enough to call out YU on his "Crystal ball prediction", but it only took a matter of weeks for your matter-of-fact statement to be disproven. Not only did Brav hit the 200ma, it's been camping below it for over a week! Nobody has any clue how a penny will behave, which is why it is so irritating to see so many here claim that this is a sure thing, that they know how it will all turn out and that others should put their money into it.

Pick apart my message Beez. Nothing less than expected.

I stand by everything I said in my posts.

You asked if I thought this was a real company. I answer no. It's a pinksheets stock with control TAKEN by the CEO. You had no comment to the part about where I said that the CEO would have been fired long ago for his actions. I'm sure you won't agree with me here on this forum, but if you know business like I believe you do, you have to think otherwise.

And the part about him deferring his salary. Just remember, if the CEO was fired by the board of directors (cough) years ago, there wouldn't be a big deferred salary. And who, might I ask, decided how much the salary should be in the first place???

I don't disagree about the fact that the preferreds exist. In fact, I'm fine with it. However, the preferreds themselves being in place would be sufficient in safeguarding his debt. That's how preferreds work, right? The super-voting rights is just another perk (stinky pink move) that was not needed, IMO.

You're always so interested in my timing of bringing things up. That's intriguing to me as well. What does the timing have to do with it? The preferreds are there...right? When would you prefer that I bring it up? I'll try working within your guidelines, and see how it works. I'm sure you'll prefer if I work in YOUR guidelines right?
