of course, far from all Catholics have such a mindset -- and such a mindset is hardly unique to some Catholics -- but that mindset, of being dissociated from reality, is a well-known form of clinical insanity -- exemplified by empty ravings such as "like a fish which knows nothing of water"
There's a problem with using the broad term "Catholics" - it would probably be more accurate to say "some Catholics", or even "many Catholics". As I see it, using the blanket term "Catholics" insinuates those of Catholic faith.
