The catalyst for the pps jump/reversal is technical and news driven. The fact that ACTC is conducting their phase 1/2 studies for dry eyed macular with Mass Eye & Ear which happens to be a teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School adds a coupe of notches to my sentiment belt.
All things said I like $ACTC very much @ these levels & I think we are far below fair value.
