JPM did not buy WMB on the market, they bought it through a FDIC receivership, that means "no tax benefits to JPM" but plenty of Tax benefits to the holding company that owned WMB.

While this does not make sense but would like to see the audit of what was transferred to JPM, moved to LTI and what is going to the New company as Tax benefits......JPM wanted the Tax benefits along with the NOLS.........What was given is the question we all are wanting to see an answer on........B Rosen the Rat and the corrupt Judge would know.......
