Max-E-Mar has made them self the center of the controversy on KING's stock.

I am told that Maxie monitors this board and is believed to post here to pump there stock.

I tried to verify that transaction with the Delaware Secretary of States office and nothing had been reported to them as is required. Also the TA won't comment, they refer you to the company. They won't even confirm it to be true.

You really expect Min@mar to be used as a trustworthy source. Just about everything they have said about KING is untrue. Belmont partners wasn't selling as the OS/AS was raised after Belmont was gone. It's all in the filings with the Delaware SOS and the lawsuit between Min@mar and Belmont on Pacer.gov.

If you actually read the court documents between ihub and Min@mar it's not at all clear that Min@mar won the case it was no like a draw Min@mar stays out of the SEC's views by being in Canada.

I won't believe a thing they say when the available documentation disputes Min@mars claims.
