I don't know if skid used it as an absolute indicator. I use it to check myself - if I am short (as I was until Thursday night) and it reads in the low 18's (like .181), I flatten out. A 2nd day in the low 18s (like Friday) and I go long. I have no idea what to make of today's red candle. I am guessing that we have a surprising bit more of up in our immediate future.
