this is the good news....I do not see anything else coming....they said the industrial contract has been further delayed....they also said they are bidding other contracts...
Convertible debt is just another wall street scam to take money from the little guy. It really amazes me that with all the liquidity the fed has dumped into the banks companies like this are still forced to get involved in these predatory loans. The company probably gets talked into setting up these deals. I will bet that for every 50K they loan the company they manage to get 150k from investors. They get the company by the throat and run it into the ground. Vulture capitalism at it's finest.
