could be PCFG is still improving the resolved water issue mentioned in the CC and was reporting that - semantecs can get us all into trouble at times. NDEP said they were on site and no water problems were occurring at that time - but it's possible PCFG is further working on it to make more improvements - which is even better to know...
Of course I do wish the PRs were more clear - as it would stabilize the PPS better.
