You are 100% right we have clients that expect us to subcontract Minority Vendors to attain a certain percentage spend vs revenue, this is growing with most out contracts to now we are finding ourselves sole sourcing a lot of our work to this minority vendors. I am not sure on this note but I think that the client is rewarded for us of minority vendors, taxes, exemptions something along those lines. This would not matter I regards to the military but will aid them in gaining work elsewhere. Also, the main factor for me and those who are from the baby boom era the 'Good 'Ol Boy' business mentality holds true and military are strife for it, so we can only expect them to award work to one of their own and with the turbulent world we live in there will be an endless supply of spending. This baby has to be a winner!
