Ok. I do think this is going to run. I just don't recall a company that paid that large of a sum of money just so they have a higher share price. If that was the case, would they not be better off just buying back stock? It just seems like dilution is a given when there are promos. Which is fine as long as the promo brings in enough demand to buy the stock.
