Just reveived an e-mail from Mr. Megas. he said he had sent every document needed to the SEC a while back. He also said that the SEC told him they would help him 'sort this out'. He probably was just unaware that the suspension had occurred right when it did, based on the time zone, or whatever. And, also, I'm sure the shareholder complaints about some brokers, closing trading, and not others prompted the SEC to halt it, amoung other reasons, I'm sure.
He also mentioned he would be making an announcement today or tommorow.
