The boot lickers can piss and moan about dealing with TOVC by knowing your legal rights and their legal duty, but thats where you will get to the truth. The water here is as muddy as the Mississippi.
I seriously doubt you will ever see a TOVC vehicle that gets 96% gas milage improvement that you will drive. It is amazing how quickly this miricle vehicle was disasembled. My monetary losses make me want to toss my cookies.
