PSMH We expect to complete seven acquisitions during the current fiscal year (four of which we have already completed since July 1, 2011 ), while our existing branches continue to strengthen and mature due to the anticipated recovery in mortgage business. In order to expand our business we may need to sell additional shares of our common stock or borrow funds from private lenders.
