PSMH Our consolidated results of operations for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011 include the operating results of PSM Holdings, Inc. , operating results of our wholly-owned subsidiary PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc. , and results of operations of PSMI's wholly-owned subsidiary United Community Mortgage Corp. since its acquisition effective March 16, 2011 .
