With Micron doing another finance conversion, does that change
"Scenerio II"? Just wondering how high it might be able to
run, if it ever turns around.

I believe MMM is almost a sure candidate for the $85-88 area sometime this year - perhaps lower. It is a high value stock that is universally loved and overowned by the institutions and mutual funds.

Translation = Source of funds in a serious bear decline.
