How do I know ?

1. The company continues to issue convertible debt instruments

2. The company has not demonstrated profitability or a sustainable operation .

3. The TA is Gagged. A dead give away.

Keep sucking them up.
I'm waiting until Tax Loss selling kicks in Large ( DEC 21 ) for a nice juicy 500% gain in January 2013.

I only trade DEC 2012 ( Buy ) and JAN 2013 ( sell) , one month a year.
The rest of you can continue buying these sucker rallies as the OS explodes toward 900M.
