Funny how those buyback programs never seem to do what the market expects, right away atleast. Same with HBRM, which is currently less than half of it's buyback news pps.
Dunno if you've followed NXOI at all, but a few months back, the CEO bought a small bundle of open market shares (around .002?), which caused quite a stir and a spike to .005's. Merely a dirty, sneaky ruse though, since dilution began immediately and didn't stop til it fell to .0003.
