looks like Gemx in jail, but Bateman still on the loose. Bateman post definately violated TOS. Bateman caused the upset and basserdan chimed in with a pat on the back and then to top it off GemX started posting.
I think it will pass, it is an "advertising" blitz of one kind or another and probably brought on us by someone bringing up the essentially fasle "endorsement" (mentioned earlier by few posters). Got to take the good with the ugly and the bad, just like the occasional visits under various handles from Mark Caganovitch.
